Fourteen more swims tonight!  (we had 11 on day 2 last year, so we are still improving!)

200 medley relay started out with a school record! (depew 28.0, sparks 30.0, skap 26.2, serg 23.7)
800 free ended it with a new school record (geiss 1:55, barry 1:56, leasure 1:56, serg 1:55)!

We gained some points on 6th and now are looking at a 75 point cushion going into Sunday.  That is great news.  Again, I was hoping for 6th, thinking we could even swim well and get 7th this year... 5th is blowing my mind.

Lifetime bests from lots of ladies, but of note are Barry and Geiss in the 200 free.  Sergi in the 100 back! Barry, Tato, and Bouchard in the 1000.  Wallace in the 100 breast.  And of course all 4 women in that fourth place 800 free relay! (Skaps 58.9 100 fly was pretty darn nifty too).

The 800 free relay was a perfect finale to a day that was definitely rough at times, and great at others.  That is how it goes at conferences - and although we rarely remember how hard it is 11 months later, these Lady Cats showed that not only are they fast, but they are tough.  That is a great combination!

Signing off...
