Trinity and Photos

Here is a real quick entry...

First, check out the link to the Trinity Meet on your right under Headlines... it was a great meet for the Bobcats. The team swam with heart and it seemed everyone got better. In fact 29 performances on Saturday were better than the previous meet. That's a big number. When looking closer you'll notice that Justin Giroux, Tasha Rosener, Annaliese Rudis, Mike Detweiler, and Dan Perry all improved in everything they did. In fact, Giroux improved .9 seconds in his 50 breast split, 2 seconds in his 100 breast, 8 seconds in his 200 breast, and 1 second in his 200 IM!

Tip of The Goggles:
Women:
Drake, Barton, and Green for finishing the day undefeated. That's always special. Also, there were countless gutsy performances (Lex's 1000, Meg, Mich, and Kara in the breast, Tash and Annaliese) and tons of smart races... the women were hot yesterday, no doubt.

Men:
I'd have to tip my googles to all of them. Really (and yes, this is a first). But I can honestly sit here and think of something special each and everyone did - and that is rare in this sport... especially at this time of the season. Nicely done fellas.

Finally, we had the pleasure of having Lincoln Benedict '09 join us at practice earlier this week. Simply put, he may be the most talented undergrad photographer in the nation. Above and below are a few of the picts he took (thanks Lincoln!).

(Editors note: having trouble uploading photos, so here are some smaller versions of his work)
